While in prison, I’ve had to find ways to live productively, regardless of my circumstances. In Luis’ story, I get inspired to see challenges as opportunities for growth. 

One major challenge I face is limited access to work-related training. To overcome this, I dedicate time each day to a personal growth routine. I enjoy learning about industries that pique my interest. In listening to Luis’ story, I got a great example by learning how he immersed himself in hospitality management by reading books.
