Our team

Small team, Big heart

We're a virtual team, working every day, from wherever we are. I'm thankful for the many people who believe in our mission, advising me as I work to build a nonprofit organization that strives to be the change we want to see. What do we want to see? More people working to reach their highest potential, living as law-abiding, contributing citizens.

MICHAEL SANTOS

Founder & CEO

our team

I’m deeply grateful to the accomplished business leaders who generously advise and support our mission. With their resources and guidance, our nonprofit equips people impacted by the criminal justice system to become effective self-advocates, building pathways to success. I devote myself fully to this cause, working daily without compensation, as a personal commitment to being the change I wish to see. Together, with the invaluable contributions of those who invest time, energy, and resources, we’re improving outcomes for individuals, families, and communities across America, regardless of anyone's ability to pay.

Michael Santos

Began building pathways to success while in solitary at the start of a 45-Year Prison Term. See the Founder’s Page to learn how leaders like Socrates influenced his journey.
