Fitness Log

At the beginning of 2025, I set a couple of goals related to fitness. I set one goal of running 2,500 miles during the year. It’s part of my 25 in 2025 series of goals. I also set a goal of running at least one 25-mile distance. My accountability logs help me stay on track with where I need to go.

Finance

I earn a living through the investments I make and also through trading. To stay on track, I use daily accountability logs. The entries help me keep my finger on the pulse of the markets. I do not offer financial advice. The accountability logs show the decisions I make, and the result. People should invest in themselves first to learn about markets and the risks associated with financial decisions.

Short-Term Trades

Besides holding on long-term investments, I use the skills I developed in prison to earn a living through short-term trades. Resources from those trades allow me to make new investments, and to pay bills. It’s the reason I do not accept jobs for hire. I do not offer financial advice. People should invest in themselves by reading, as I did. I record my transactions to build an asset that leads to better trading.
